At the very most..... AND over a long period of time I might do:
- New wheels
- Lower suspension
- All new bushings, everywhere
- Maaaaaaybe some wrx body parts, but probably not.

(I have too many projects, I don't want another. I just want a lower mileage awd car to drive daily)

honestly, just drive it. there's really nothing you can do to it that'll be worth it. a muff will make it sound like a subie but that's about it. everything else will cost you thirty five bazillion. enjoy the dailyness and just love your truck/impala instead.

I agree with Nick, you really need to work on the Impala  But on a lighter note, good buy :D

Thank you sirs! Yes, it will stay stock for the most part. I do kind of want it to sound more like a Subaru though, because its a little too quiet. I pick it up on Thursday, and I will clean it and do a photoshoot for you guys this weekend! I cannot wait!!!

fun fact: they are called boxer's not because of their box like shape but because the pistons move in a boxing motion

Yea you will definitely need to add an exhaust to it, you bought a sweet Subaru, now you must make it sound like one. At WBM for 3 years we meet with a guy who has a N/A Forrester and he has a CAI and Exhaust and it is not loud by any means but has a very nice subie rumble to it.

This is a personal suggestion, I love the fog lights on the WRXs, now some people don't but I like to have them. Is there any rust or anything? I have seen this car and it looked pretty clean.

Ross > The car is totally 100% rust free. Even under it is nice and clean. I am toying with the idea of recoating it with fresh undercoating for a little extra rust prevention.
