Finally found a 1st gen in the pull-a-part, got a go window regulator, finally can roll the drivers window up and down, can get rid of the piece of wedgewood.

Also got an inside door handle, now can open the drivers door from the inside.

Got an inside rear view mirror, that doesn't fall out going down the road.

After all thats installed, I have a drivers door that feels like a real door when I close it.

Inside upholstery back on too.

Didn't do anything to either .........................tried to turn the engine after soaking in the mixture i poured in the cylinders, no luck, spilled the engine over and the crap poured out all over the floor.

All I can do is walk by it, up on ramps, and curse myself for not checking the darn thing, and curse the idiot i bought the engine from...............................

Sheeeeeeat...................the guy, I feel is giving me the run around. Told him about the engine being locked, he said he'd find me another.

At this point, I really just want my money back.

I totally agree. I have mine in my glove box because I hate the idea of cutting anything dashboard related.

Do like I do, get spare trim panels out the wazoo, and use them for the modifications.

Snapped an e-brake cable last week, so disabled the remote starter till I put my new set in.

Had to replace the rear tire on the D50.....................picked up a large screw from the road, and got a bubble on it also.

Damn tires are expensive.......30 bux more than I paid for the last one I bought.........geeeez.

Fired up the 750, pissed gas all over the place from the #4 carb, or from the "T" between #3 and #4 carb, can't tell, guess I'll have to pull the rack.

Another carb rebuild in my future.

Got the engine stand, went to Lowes to buy longer screws to mount to the stand. Freaking bolts are expensive......sheeeesh.

Got her stripped down to just the block and head. Want to drag it outside and power wash it b4 I separate the head and block.

Waiting for the guy to come and pick up this locked up p-o-s engine.

Soon! And I'll update my Build thread with pics too.

Ironically when I paint the block it will be similar in color to the exterior color lol.
Block is pretty dirty!
