No sheetz here. I've never even heard of that gas station haha. I'm sure Barnes and noble will have it, their mag selection is huge.

Congrats on getting featured Jeremy! This build is really awesome, kinda makes me want to swap a turbo on mine! Thinking of maybe the 2.6 Starion swap.

Jeremy,

I just picked up an EVO8 turbo, need to pick up a spacer and gaskets for it, but looking at fitting it to the car and I noticed two things:

where is your dip stick?

how did you handle the motor mount area? was it bad?

- My dipstick is in the stock location, but bent differently to suit my needs. :) Here is the awesome way that I did it. I removed the tube, filled it with tig welding filler rod, and then I heated it with a torch and bent it the directions that I wanted. Once cooled, I pulled the filler rod out and I was good to go!

- The motor mount area wasn't an issue from what I can recall. What issue are you having? Maybe it will refresh my memory.

Currently no issue, i was only looking at fitting it, so I didn't have it mocked up. I daily drive my wagon so i dont want to tear it down until I think I have everything I need for it to upgrade.

Worth noting: My manifold has two spacers welded together between it and the cylinder head. The spacers are just steel manifold flanges btw.
