I haven't done them, but I am pretty sure you will need to either press them or beat the hell out of them with hammers.

if they have metal sleeves on the outside of them, you could burn out the centers, then cut the sleeves with a hacksaw.

Yeap - Done that a few times. Though sometimes those sleeves are tough to cut!

I use a air hammer to cut the sleeves

press is the best way. Most of the time is spent on set-up but once you get the cup sizes right pressing them out is a breeze.

ok thanks man ill probably take the lower control arms off and take them up to a shop to have them changed out
