I've heard about my 1988 automatic tranny is TORQUEFLITE?? how can I know if it,s torque flite??

Send a pic of the pan shape. I can tell you exactly what it is. If your truck is a Mitsu it will not be a tf. If its a dodge d50 then it has a chance.

It's a D50 1988 4 speed with o/d, and I don't have cam. do you have pic of each to make difference??

We need an official "automatic transmission identification" thread, because this seems to come up every couple months. Anybody else got pictures so that we can make it happen? :)

I got pictures of a A904 and the Aisin Warner found in the 77-79 Dodge Colt, 1.6l Plymouth Arrow(Car) and 77-79 1.6L Plymouth Sapporo/Dodge Challenger.

The A904 Torqueflite was found in the 70-77 Dodge Colt and the 80-86 Dodge D50/Plymouth Arrow(Truck)/Mighty Max.
